Yes — fiber (FTTH) installation is completely free for all residential plans. This includes OFC cabling up to 30 metres, ONT device, and router setup. Additional cabling beyond 30m is charged at ₹15 per metre as per our Terms & Conditions.
The 200 Mbps and 300 Mbps plans are currently available on monthly billing only. Long-term bundle pricing for these tiers may be introduced in the future. For now, the 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps plans have 6-month and 12-month options with significant savings.
Security deposit is waived entirely on 6-month and 12-month fiber plans. Monthly plans may carry a refundable deposit, returned upon service termination after clearing any outstanding dues. Read full deposit policy →
The one-time ₹10,000 charge covers the wireless antenna unit (CPE), a Wi-Fi router, and the complete installation at your premises. No additional hardware charges apply after this.
Yes — all fiber plans have no data cap, no FUP limit, and no speed throttling. You get the full speed 24/7. Wireless (Airlink) plans include a 3,300 GB FUP after which speed reduces to 4 Mbps for the rest of the billing cycle.
Yes — we accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp at the time of subscription. Monthly customers receive a renewal reminder before their plan expires.
